# How to duplicate a form in CaptureIQ

Sometimes you don’t want to start a new form from scratch. Maybe you already have a form layout, structure, or set of questions that you’d like to reuse. That’s where the **Duplicate** option comes in handy.

### Steps to Duplicate a Form

1. From your **CaptureIQ Dashboard**, locate the form you’d like to duplicate.
2. Click on the **three-dot menu** (⋮) in the top-right corner of that form tile.
3. Select **Duplicate**.
