# CaptureIQ – Short & Long Question

Use **Short Question** for quick inputs and **Long Question** for detailed responses.

### **How to add them**

1. Click **Add new page**.
2. Select **Short Question** or **Long Question**.
3. Write your prompt (e.g., “What’s your name?” or “Please describe your feedback in detail”).

### **Settings**

* Both can be set to **required**.
* Short Question is single-line, Long Question is multi-line.

<Tip>
  Mix both in surveys—short for IDs, names, numbers; long for open feedback.
