CaptureIQ offers four plans tailored for different stages of growth:

  • Essential – Best for individuals or small teams just starting.
  • Growth – Designed for scaling teams with more advanced needs.
  • Professional – Ideal for businesses managing multiple forms, teams, and deeper analytics.

Billing Cycle

  • Currently, all plans are available on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime, and your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Payment Methods

  • CaptureIQ accepts major debit and credit cards for subscription payments.
  • Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.
  • All invoices are automatically generated and accessible from your Billing dashboard.

Upgrading and Downgrading Plans

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Billing dashboard. The new plan will be applied immediately, and the system will handle prorated charges automatically.
  • If you downgrade your plan, changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Invoices and Receipts

  • Every successful payment generates an invoice, which you can download as a PDF for your records.

Billing and Payments – FAQs

Q1. Can I switch plans anytime? Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from your next billing cycle. Q2. Do you offer annual billing? Currently, CaptureIQ supports monthly subscriptions only. Annual billing will be introduced soon. Q3. Do you offer refunds? Payments are non-refundable. However, once you cancel, your plan will stay active until the end of your billing period. Q4. What happens if my payment fails? We’ll send you an email notification if your payment fails, prompting you to update your payment method or retry the payment. If the issue isn’t resolved within 3 days, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan. Q5. How do I get a copy of my invoice? Invoices can be downloaded directly from your settings > Billings & Payments > Your Invoices.
