Sometimes you don’t want to start a new form from scratch. Maybe you already have a form layout, structure, or set of questions that you’d like to reuse. That’s where the Duplicate option comes in handy.

Steps to Duplicate a Form

  1. From your CaptureIQ Dashboard, locate the form you’d like to duplicate.
  2. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of that form tile.
  3. Select Duplicate.

That’s it! 🎉 A new copy of your form will be created instantly. You can now edit the duplicated version without affecting your original form.
