How to add them

  1. Click Add new page.
  2. Select Short Question or Long Question.
  3. Write your prompt (e.g., “What’s your name?” or “Please describe your feedback in detail”).

Settings

  • Both can be set to required.
  • Short Question is single-line, Long Question is multi-line.
Mix both in surveys—short for IDs, names, numbers; long for open feedback.
